Das Ziel: Japan, momentan Tokio
Wir versuchen in ca. sechs Monaten so viel wie möglich von Japan aufzusaugen, das ohne wirkliche Sprachkenntnisse, wie wir zu unserem Bedauern feststellen mussten. Dennoch: Das Gefühl stimmt.
Die Devise: In Tokio zurechtkommen und ein paar Monate überleben. Das Budget ist begrenzt, Geld muss und sollte irgendwie reinkommen. Eine Wohnung finden: auch gut. Wenn nicht, wird die Straße unser zu Hause.
Spätestens um die Jahreswende wollen wir das Land bereisen, hoffentlich mit einem Haufen Erfahrung, Geld und einigen zusätzlichen Vokabeln im Gepäck. Oder zumindest einem Zelt. Eine Reise ins Ungewisse, mit noch unbekanntem Ausgang. Spontaneität und Naivität sind die ständigen Begleiter und glücklicherweise fest in unseren Charakteren verankert.
Die Mission: Japan kennenlernen, vielleicht auch mehr. Wir brauchen das Land und das Land braucht uns.

The aim: Japan, Tokyo at the moment
We try to enjoy our six months (more or less) trip in Japan as much as possible without having real Japanese language skills, as we realised with regret. However, the vibe is good.
The device: To get along and survive a few months in Tokyo. The budget is limited, that’s why we need to earn some money soon. Finding a flat would also be nice. If we don’t get anything, the street will be our home.
At the beginning of the next year, at the latest, we want to travel around the country. Hopefully, we have gathered a lot of experience, money and some additional vocabulary till then. Or at last a tent. It’s a journey towards the uncertain with an unknown ending. Spontaneity and naivety are closely related to our characters and will be our steady companions.
The mission: Getting to know Japan, maybe more. We need the country and the country needs us.
